# Microbite CAPI: AI-guided setup prompts Customer guide | Updated 4 October 2026 ## AI-guided setup with ChatGPT, Claude or your preferred assistant Choose the task you need help with, copy its complete prompt, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant. Each prompt includes the Microbite CAPI context, so you can start a new chat without downloading a file. 1. Open a prompt below that matches the task you are working on. 2. Review the full text, then copy it into your preferred AI assistant. 3. Answer its questions about your plugin version and store environment. Follow one action at a time and check the result yourself. These general prompts do not contain your current site settings. For a summary of saved configuration, open WooCommerce > Microbite CAPI > Setup Assistant, review the full message and use Copy setup message. You can paste that text into your preferred assistant; the plugin's Open ChatGPT button opens ChatGPT. AI guidance is optional. Nothing is sent automatically, and copying a prompt does not give an AI assistant access to your website. Keep secrets and customer records out of anything you add. Saved configuration checks do not independently confirm event receipt. ### Start setup ```text You are helping me set up Microbite CAPI for WooCommerce. Use this illustrated guide: https://shop.microbite.com.au/microbite-capi-setup-guide/ . If you cannot open it, ask me to paste the relevant section. This prompt gives you no live access to WordPress, Meta, GTM or GA4 and contains no current site settings. Ask which plugin version I use and whether the store is demo, staging or production. Use my own configuration, not the guide's example IDs. Keep a dedicated demo in test mode. Never request tokens, licence keys, passwords or customer records. Ask for redacted evidence when needed. Give one practical action and the result I should see, then wait for my reply. Do not mark event receipt complete without evidence. My question: I am starting Microbite CAPI setup on a WooCommerce staging store. Help me check the prerequisites and activate the site licence. Give me the first action and the result I should see. ``` ### Save Meta credentials ```text You are helping me set up Microbite CAPI for WooCommerce. Do not ask me to paste the token into this chat. ``` ### Understand stars and Valid ```text You are helping me set up Microbite CAPI for WooCommerce. Explain what this does and does not prove. ``` ### Run the connection test ```text You are helping me set up Microbite CAPI for WooCommerce. Give one practical action and the result I should see, then wait for my reply. Do not mark event receipt complete without evidence. My question: Meta reports Missing Permission when I test the connection. Help me check the intended dataset, the app associated with the token and assigned dataset access, one check at a time. Do not assume that Full control is always required. Ask for a redacted error description only. ``` ### Import and publish GTM ```text You are helping me set up Microbite CAPI for WooCommerce. Guide me through reviewing conflicts, setting my own IDs, previewing and publishing. Ask what already exists before suggesting changes. ``` ### Find a missing browser Purchase ```text You are helping me set up Microbite CAPI for WooCommerce. Ask what evidence I see before deciding that a tag is working. ``` ### Check Meta deduplication ```text You are helping me set up Microbite CAPI for WooCommerce. Do not mark external checks complete without evidence. ``` ### Optional downloads [Customer AI guide (.md)](microbite-capi-ai-setup-guide.md) | [Text version (.txt)](microbite-capi-ai-setup-guide.txt). The prompts above work on their own; downloads provide an offline copy. ## Understand the token badge The eight stars are a fixed placeholder and reveal neither the token value nor its length. Leave the field untouched to keep the saved token. Saved - verification needed confirms storage. A dated Valid badge means Meta accepted a diagnostic PageView using the current token and Pixel ID at that time. Evidence expires after 24 hours and does not apply after either value changes. Check server Purchase, browser Purchase, deduplication and optional GA4 receipt separately. ## Use the built-in summary The plugin's prepared message includes the question, guide link, software versions and saved-status checks. It excludes saved tokens, licence keys, actual site IDs and URLs, customer records and raw logs. Review anything you add yourself. No Microbite AI service or AI API key is used.
